Building Permits

You can now apply and pay for your building permits online.

Types of permits include:

Commercial & Residential Mechanical
Electrical
Plumbing

Summer Tax & Winter Tax

Now you can conveniently make your property tax payment using these payment methods.

E-Check
Credit Card
Debit Card

Summer Taxes are due September 30th.

Winter Taxes are due February 14th.

If paid after the due date a 3% late collection fee will apply.

Utility & Misc. Bills

Utility Bills are mailed quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. The bills are usually due on the 25th of that same month, but the due date may differ depending on what day of the week the 25th falls on.

* Community Room and Park Rental Payments – Once your submitted application has been processed you will receive an emailed invoice, use your invoice number to complete online payment.

A 3.5% service fee will be applied to all payments made with a credit/debit card and digital payment apps. Payments made via bank transfer will continue to have no additional service fee, except for tax payments. Tax payments made via bank transfer will incur a flat service fee of $1.95.
